SHIPPING POLICY

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days from our studio in Campbell, CA. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for orders below our free shipping threshold of $75 or more.

Tracking information will be emailed after your order has been processed. Transit time will vary depending on location, and this does not including Saturday delivery. Please be advised that due to some delays in the supply chain and the high demand during the holiday season, transit time might take longer than expected. 

Wholesale orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days after payment completion. Shipping costs vary depending on weight. Tracking information will be emailed after wholesale order has been processed. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer a refund for candle orders. We will gladly exchange damaged item(s) within 7 days from your delivery date. Please contact us with image proof of damaged item(s) and we'll ship out replacement candles within 3 to 4 business days of exchange confirmation.
